Most "best SEO agency" lists are sold, not researched.
Search for an SEO company and you land on directories where the top three slots are paid placements, review sites where five-star ratings are collected by the agency being reviewed, and listicles written by the agencies themselves.
SEO Companies Hub takes the opposite approach: 79 SEO companies across 4 countries and 34 regions, each tied to the place it actually operates from, each scored by a published formula that only uses facts you can verify yourself.
How listings are compiled
- Companies are added editorially from public information: their own site, published pricing, team size and market focus.
- Every listing is tied to one primary US state and city, so state pages only show agencies genuinely based there.
- Pricing shows a monthly retainer floor where the company publishes or confirms one — never an invented range.
- Services and industries reflect what the company markets itself as doing, not everything it will accept work for.
- We do not publish star ratings, testimonials or results we cannot verify.
The Hub Score
Every company carries a deterministic score built from tenure, service breadth, vertical depth, pricing transparency and delivery scale. The formula is published in full, so you can recalculate any score yourself — and disagree with the weighting if you want to.

Corrections and listings
Wrong pricing, a missing agency, or a detail we got wrong — send it over and we will check it against public sources.
SEO Companies Hub is independent. Listings are editorially compiled from public information and cannot be bought. Companies do not pay for placement or for a higher Hub Score.
